Her Story
Carina Casuga migrated to Canada 20 years ago with her husband and 2 small kids ages 6 & 4. Since her Bachelor's degree was not easily transferable they started off working minimum wage jobs. Life was challenging having to get food on the table, pay rent, find quality time to spend with the family.

Carina Casuga migrated to Canada 20 years ago with her husband and 2 small kids ages 6 & 4. Since her Bachelor's degree was not easily transferable they started off working minimum wage jobs. Life was challenging having to get food on the table, pay rent, find quality time to spend with the family.
She was DETERMINED to improve their living condition. so while working a full-time job and raising two young kids, she began to take Financial and Leadership courses, within the discipline of Payroll.
Resulting in progression from a sales associate working at the mall to Global Payroll & Benefits Manager for a mid size Company in downtown Vancouver, BC.
She has struggled through personal financial, emotional, spiritual and health challenges, all of which get in the way of living a wholesome, fulfilling and peaceful life.
She continually overcomes these challenges through building strong SPIRITUAL, LEADERSHIP and RELATIONAL foundations. From her own experience and journey, she is determined to help others be better equipped for life challenges through personal development, coaching and financial literacy.
